1. Run 5 miles. In a row. Without stroking out. And do it more than one time, because one time could be a fluke.
2. Speed up my 5k speed. Run 30 minutes at 5 mph consistently.
3. Drink two bottles of water per day, whether I exercise or not.
4. Get more exercise than just running. Lift some weights... more than just lifting them up and putting them back in the closet.
