Friday Fill Ins and TV Boyfriend

I am obsessed. OB SESSED. with Income Property on HGTV. Their eye candy host/handyman/wonderboy is only part of the reason. Wherein "part" = 99.9%.

And on we go to the Friday fill-ins.
1. Sometimes, a little dab will do ya.

2. Let's just forget about the whole thing.

3. Small kids = small problems; big kids = big problems.

4. What a person has in their pantry/fridge is very enlightening.

5. I keep meaning to buy some groceries...

6. ...but we still don't have anything to eat ...yet.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to a complete and total lack of activity aka a veg-a-thon, tomorrow my plans include knitting! socks! for Christmas! and Sunday, I want to hang up some pictures and cool stuff in the condo... show and tell to follow!

Friday Fill Ins

Wow, I have not played along with Friday Fill Ins in a very. long. time. Let's see if I can remember how...

2. I'm looking forward to the day I get my iPad, a real one, not my current imaginary one.
3. A snoring toddler is what I'm listening to right now.
4. Potato salad must have capers in it!
5. Coffee and blackberry brioche was the best thing I ate today.
6. Today was going to be a busy one.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to making tacos and packing boxes, tomorrow my plans include the final move, the beds, the kitchen daily-use items and our clothing and toiletries and Sunday, I want to max and relax and unpax, but instead I'll be at Ballroom Dance Camp. Woot?!

Friday Fill Ins

The lesson I learned yesterday was be careful what you wish for.
2. I try to avoid places where friends and family meet.
3. All these years of going it alone, and now I'll be back on a "team." Hmmm.
4. I knew it was a mistake when I arrived.
5. The truth is I'm kind of exciting about my new job.
6. The smell of her "Agree" hair conditioner is what I remember most from that day.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to two-hour salsa dance class, tomorrow my plans include chaperoning a sock hop and Sunday, I want to hunker down with girlfriends for the Golden Globes!

Friday Fill Ins

Oh, what a sad state of affairs. A week between posts! Jeez, you'd think it was the holidays or something.

1. No, we will NOT ever speak of this again.
2. I wish someone were hearing, serving up a delish dinner at the old kitchen table.
3. I watched the steam rising from the hot cup of coffee (or tea) and thought: BRING IT.
4. Eventually, it's going to be okay. Or so they say.
5. I'll take two, please.
6. Trying to sell your house? During the holidays? Sucks! at least from my point of view.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to dance and dance, tomorrow my plans include Christmas tree decorating at our neighborhood park, Carlie's sewing class and a kick ass Christmas/birthday party to attend and Sunday, I want to sleep in and then enjoy dinner with old friends!

4. Next weekend I am running in a half-marathon in Port Angeles. We're taking the scenic (aka frigging long) route there, but with a trip through Forks and La Push! It'll be a nice long ride.
5. Well, first of all, you start with a cup of coffee. From there, you proceed to brushing your teeth. Eventually, you add clothing. This is how you start a day.

7. As for the weekend, (last night) I enjoyed complete exhaustion from a gorgeous day spent out in the sun. Today my plans include shopping for a summer wardrobe for Carlie Belle, going to the Hannah Montana movie and an impromptu cookout on our deck that is just kind of coming together now. And Sunday I want to not die during my 10-mile run, and then veg.
