When I am not here, I am...

... at work. Feels like All. The. Time.

... trying to keep my FSBO house clean to a level of SURPRISE, WE ARE RIGHT OUTSIDE, CAN WE COME IN AND SEE YOUR HOUSE?

... tending to a 10-year-old who has not been to school IN A WEEK because of first a stomach bug and now dehydration.

... volunteering at the school/church.

... picking up LOADS and LOADS of homework for sick kid.

... finish off Season 3 of Dexter (Hello, Jimmy Smits, I love you).

... building a new addiction to "Glee," and feeding the old ones ("Heroes," "Dancing With The Stars")

... washing EVERYTHING we own. AGAIN. And flea bombing my house. AGAIN.

... refinishing my mid-century dining room chairs, which sounds very cool but in reality? I have not a clue what I am doing.

... building a table. From a 90-year-old door. Which, again, I have no idea how to do and, hello, wobby mess.

... on Facebook.

... prepping costumes for child (who is sick!) who is in a dance competition on Sunday, dancing the tango, waltz and cha cha, in three separate costumes. Each more fabulous than the last.

... eating M&Ms.

Wow! I don't have much to compare with this. Haven't blogged, built anything, and my house-- thank GOD is not for sale.

Hope Carlie goes to school tomorrow.

Did someone say M&Ms?

If you send me your address I will get off my ass and send you a chocolate care package from the middle east.

The M&Ms part sounds good.

Hope Carlie feels better and soon.
